Kauffman Education is an education consulting organization specializing in multilingual education leadership, Dual Language and Content-Based Language Instruction implementation, and organizational capacity development. We help educators develop learning environments where all students -- especially multilingual learners -- achieve their amazing potential.

​Due to Texas House Bill 3372, signed by the Governor on June 22, 2025 and effective immediately, Kauffman Education had to suspend most of our services.
The new law prohibits school district administrators from receiving financial benefit for performing personal services for school districts, regional service centers, public or private institutions of higher education, or education businesses. To ensure full compliance with the new law, we suspended all operations.

Several of the professionals who work with Kauffman Education do not fall under this restriction. We are fully supporting them in continuing their excellent work as independent contractors.
